What is a template and how does it work?
An order template allows you to place new orders based on previous orders so you don’t have to go through the quote process. You can create and save order templates for different types of orders and image-editing services.
We use your order template to provide instant pricing based on the previous orders that were placed with the quote. This means we don’t need to provide a new quote every time.
Can I edit a template?
Yes, you can edit an existing order template by starting a new order. Once logged in to the customer portal, go to MY ORDERS and click the START A NEW ORDER button.
A screen will pop up with a list of your existing order templates. Click on the name of the template you want to edit.
Here, you can edit your template. When your edits are complete, click the UPDATE TEMPLATE button to save your changes.
